Abstract

This research aims to identify human resource management strategies and their role in curbing “dark management” practices within organizations, focusing on a field study at the Oil Training Institute in Baghdad. The study employs descriptive and quantitative analytical methods. Its purposive sample included the Institute’s director and assistants, department heads and their deputies, section supervisors and their deputies, as well as heads of units, workshops, and laboratories, alongside the teaching staff and trainers.
