Entrepreneurial Alertness According to an Interactive Relationship between Strategic Leadership and Open Innovative by Application to National Investment Authority

The research aimed, through its chapters and topics, to test impact of Strategic Leadership in its dimensions (determining the strategic direction, effective management of the authority’s portfolio, maintaining effective organizational culture, emphasizing ethical practices, establishing a balanced organizational control system) in improving Entrepreneurial Alertness in its dimensions (surveying and attentive research, attentive communication, Evaluation) with the presence of the interactive variable open innovative in its dimensions (inward open creativity, outward open creativity, hybrid creativity) in the National Investment Commission, which includes its general headquarters, directorates, divisions and units, and given the importance of variables in the work of the commission resulting from directing various administrative phenomena in improving its performance in general It should be seen from different aspect, and problem was consisted main question (Was National Investment Authority able to adopt the strategic leadership in improving its entrepreneurial readiness with the presence of open creativity as an interactive variable?), so that this question is a starting point for a research purpose that`s consist in choosing the method. Descriptive and exploratory, to be more suitable for the research purpose, to prepare a questionnaire for it from solid scientific standards adopted by previous studies, which included (44) items, to be distributed to the research community (100) of its leaders, represented by (the head of the commission, the deputy head of the commission, heads of departments, directors of divisions), As the research sample was stratified intentional (85), to collect the primary data for the researcher to use the two statistical programs (AMOS V.25, SPSS V.28) and through the appropriate statistical methods for it, so that the applied analysis reached the most prominent result embodied in (the Investment Authority was able to adopt the leadership strategy and open creativity to improve its entrepreneurial readiness through their interaction and to increase that readiness), in addition to the high availability of the three variables.
