Abstract

Purpose of current research is to identify the impact of the strategic orientation and its dimensions (vision, mission , goals, values) on managing crisis in a sample of private colleges (Al -Rafidain College, Al -Mansour, Al -Bayan), and the researchers used the descriptive analytical approach, and the questionnaire as a major tool to collect data, and the study sample reached (90) My tenderness, and the sample was random, as the (SPSS V.28) program was used to enter, address and analyze the initial data in the endeavor to answer his question (Did the private colleges the research sample be able to employ the strategic orientation and its dimensions on improving the crisis management?),, The results of the research showed that the colleges are evaluating a vision, message, goals and strategic values in a clear and written way, as well as the strategic goals of the college in accordance with its vision and mission, and the results also showed that colleges develop clear and clear phased goals with a time frame that can be achieved on the ground, and this made it to adopt Its strategic direction well in improving its management of the crisis in general and through (strategic vision, goals, and values), and the research has employed descriptive statistical and inference methods on most prominent results.
